In addition he is also a Founder and serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Carma Productions, Inc. Thomas graduated with honors from Georgia State University with a BBA in Marketing. He immediately began his career in advertising working in Atlanta, Los Angeles, Phoenix, and South Florida.

In 2008, he founded Carma Productions with Marci Alt, the founder of The Gay Community Yellow Pages. Additionally, he helped to create a new portfolio of services including Diversity Training and Marketing Consulting to further expand Carma’s client base which he now leads under the ARK umbrella. Carma Productions was nominated by the AGLCC for their Corporate Ally award in 2008 and again in 2014. Gayborhood was honored to win the AGLCC Small Business of the Year in 2015.
